A Shared Frame
When Felix and Cesare joined forces for our Collaborate Series, the result was a heartfelt exploration of fatherhood and identity. Titled “Letter to My Dad,” the project invites us into the worlds of their fathers—two distinct individuals connected by themes of resilience, introspection, and the stories etched into their faces. Shot entirely outside the confines of a studio, Felix and Cesare embraced the natural light, raw textures, and personal environments that define their fathers’ lives. From intimate black-and-white portraits to vivid moments in lush greenery, the photographs celebrate their subjects’ similarities and differences. The series feels both deeply personal and universally relatable—a quiet reminder that our relationships with our parents are as layered as the lives they’ve led.

A Dialogue on Fatherhood
Felix and Cesare brought their unique perspectives to this collaboration, creating a body of work that feels cohesive yet diverse. Felix’s eye for quiet, cinematic compositions finds a perfect counterpoint in Cesare’s vivid, sun-drenched storytelling. Together, they crafted a visual dialogue—one that oscillates between the reflective and the celebratory, the past and the present. Their collaboration speaks to the power of shared vision, where two photographers use their lenses to uncover something larger than themselves. “Letter to My Dad” isn’t just a portrait series—it’s a love letter, a conversation, and an exploration of the bonds that shape us.
