Still Life in Motion
Allie, the winner of our Collaborate Series competition, takes the everyday and makes it extraordinary. With Felix as her muse, Allie crafted a series that feels equal parts art installation and portrait photography. Drawing inspiration from the textures of still-life arrangements and the candid curiosity of Felix’s expressions, the series plays with contrast—between static objects and human spontaneity, between minimalism and storytelling. Each image invites you to pause and notice the details: a vase of flowers hiding a face, citrus fruit taking center stage, or a glass of juice caught mid-sip. Together, these elements create a narrative that feels lighthearted, elegant, and uniquely Allie.
The Art of Balance
For Allie, this project wasn’t about grand concepts—it was about finding the beauty in small moments. Her ability to juxtapose Felix’s personality with carefully composed still-life objects brings a fresh perspective to contemporary photography.
